If a motor is in auto-mode, then these control panels can automatically switch on the motor. It indicates how much current is being drawn by a motor or how much voltage is being supplied to the panel.
The submersible pump panel is inside a powder-coated MS enclosure to prevent corrosion. It has a rugged contactor with a wide band of voltage. The relays provide overload protection and it comes with a manual reset facility once the overload protection initiates.
